And then there was the time...

That's definitely how stories of this day will start one day.

Do you remember the time when, you'd just finished your first term back at OSU - it'd gone horribly in and of itself - we got a call telling us our son's hemoglobin counts were down. We spent the next few frenzied days in lab work, doctor's appointments. But, wow, that one day ... we had an 8:15 appointment to see the doctor. We woke up to at least 4 inches of snow - oh, ooh, I had a migraine, too -, left at 8, arrived at 9am. Mark was supposed to be at work at 9. Then we had to pick up iron for Liam, but somehow it fell out of the car, we had to ask the doctor to call the script back in, Mark didn't get to work until after noon. He got his grade for chem that day, too - man, was he bummed over that first silly chem class. Wow - you don't get much crazier than those days...

That's what we'll sit around a fire and laugh about.

Some day.

Yikes. Is Liam okay?

Oh yeah, sorry, he's fine. They don't know why his counts are so low, but he has no symptoms. They're pretty sure it's his iron that's down. We just need to get it back up. Breastfed babies are particularly susceptible, as a baby is born with a 6 month supply and he doesn't get iron from me, so he'd get it from solids - if he ate any. So, it's all manageable.

Oh miy god- I had that day today too. When I get home from work tomorrow I'll try to post. I'm okay. Babies are okay. I'm glad to be alive today. I'm just so thankful.

Wow. Hopefully your time laughing in front of the fire comes sooner rather than later. Of course I won't be spending any time in the near future sitting too close to a fire ;) ... so when you're there laughing, make sure you have a chuckle for me. Love ya!

My poor Liam baboo!!!! I do hope you get better soon. I am sorry RTBean had such a stinker day too! Real glad of the safety thing. Wish Mark was doing as well as he wishes(knowing it is very hard going back to school) T R U S T M E....

Mesothelioma ought to never have happened. It really is a shame exactly what ignorance could do to people, in addition to in this particular case it's cancer along with often-times death.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Hi there to every body, itís my first go to see of this weblog; this website includes remarkable and really good stuff for visitors.

Good website! I really love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I am wondering how I could be notified when a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your feed which must do the trick! Have a nice day!

I learn something new on different blogs everyday. It is always refreshing to read posts of other bloggers and learn something from them. Thanks for sharing.

It's nice that there is someone who writes about these things. There are very useful.

Sorry for the huge review, but I'm really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it's the right choice for you.
